Breast Of Chicken With Artichokes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large chicken breasts
    2 stalks celery
    1 small onion, quartered
    salt and white pepper
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    16 large mushrooms
    1/4 onion, grated
    1 lemon (juice only)
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. chicken stock base
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    2 cans artichoke hearts
Preparation
    Bring
    chicken, celery, onions, salt and pepper to boil in
    1 quart
    water.
    Reduce
    heat;
    simmer
    until breasts are tender. Strain broth and let it cool.
    When breasts are cool, skin\tand chop
    into\tround slices.
    Wash and slice mushrooms horizontally into
    round
    slices.
    Saute
    in
    butter
    and add grated onion and lemon juice.
