Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
3 c. water
2 c. rice
Preparation
-
Cut sausage into small pieces and brown; remove from pan. Brown chicken.
Return sausage to pan.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until rice is done, 30 to 45 minutes.
