Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ritz or saltine cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine or butter
1 qt. green beans, cooked well and drained
Preparation

Chop onion and saute in butter.
Remove onion from butter, grate cheese and combine with beans and soup in casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly around edges, about 1/2 hour.
