Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. thick buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 can coconut
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, eggs and butter.
Add buttermilk; mix real good.
Fold in vanilla, lemon extract and coconut.
Pour in 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 minutes.
Do not open oven until time is completely up.
