Grustoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oleo.
    Add lemon juice and dry ingredients.
    Roll out dough as for very, very thin pie crust. Strips should be 2 1/2-inches wide, any length.
    Cut crosswise, sort of like a diamond shape.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Turn quickly, as these cook fast.
    Remove and sprinkle with sugar.
