Potato Patch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
5 c. sliced potatoes
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
3 c. cheese sauce

Preparation

Brown hamburger and seasoning.
Mix potatoes, peas and carrots in bottom of a 9 x 15-inch pan.
Add hamburger and cover with cheese sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are done.
