Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 qt. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. chicken fat
    1 1/2 qt. dry bread
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1 Tbsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. cream
Preparation
    Remove bone and skin from chicken and chop.
    Arrange in a greased 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Make thin gravy with broth, flour and chicken fat.
    Pour 3/4 of gravy over chicken.
    Make dressing with dry bread, salt, melted oleo, sage, chopped onion and cream combined.
    Arrange dressing over chicken and gravy, then pour remainder of gravy over dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
