Barbecue Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. short ribs
2 onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Mix together vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper, paprika, chili powder, catsup and water.
Pour over ribs and sliced onion in Dutch oven.
Cook for 2 hours over low heat.
