Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Minute rice (2 c.)
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 frying chicken, cut in pieces or use breasts
Preparation
    Grease an 8 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle rice over bottom. Heat the 2 cans of soup with the milk, stirring until blended. Pour over rice.
    Put chicken over rice and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Seal pan with foil.
    Bake in a slow oven (325\u00b0) for at least 2 hours.
