"Tangy" Beef Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 large onions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut meat in chunks and place in Dutch oven.
    Combine remaining ingredients on top of meat.
    Heat until boiling.
    Simmer in oven at 250\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    Pick apart meat with a fork.
    Makes 30 \"tangy\" sandwiches.
