Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz. can crescent rolls
2 well beaten eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large pot, cook zucchini and onion in margarine until tender (10 minutes).
Stir in seasoning.
In large bowl, blend eggs and cheese.
Stir in vegetable mix. Separate crescent dough and press over bottom and sides of pie dish.
Pour vegetable mix evenly over crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
