Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
4 slices bacon, crisp-fried, crumbled
Preparation

Pierce potatoes with fork.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until tender.
Slice potatoes into halves lengthwise.
Scoop pulp into mixer bowl, reserving shells.
Add milk, margarine, salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese to pulp; beat until smooth.
Stir in half the green onions and bacon.
Spoon into reserved shells; place on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; increase oven temperature to 400\u00b0. Toss remaining green onions and bacon with 1/2 cup cheese in bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Yield: 8 servings.
