Fruit Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cans pie filling
Preparation
    Blend like for a pie crust the flour and Crisco.
    Add baking powder and salt.
    Combine with milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Take away about 1/4 of dough and add more flour to this part for the lattice work.
    Press the rest into 13 x 20 x 3/4-inch pan. Fill with 1 1/2 to 2 cans pie filling.
    Take the 1/4 of dough that you have saved and crisscross strips of dough to create a lattice work.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    The tart will be done when bubbling and a toothpick inserted at the edge comes out clean.
