Golden Coins(Marinated Carrots) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. carrots, sliced
    1 purple onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots 10 minutes or just until tender-crisp.
    Drain and cool.
    Add sliced onion and chopped green pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Chill.
    Refrigerate.
    Can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
