Neiman'S Cookie Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. each: butter, sugar and brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (blend to a fine powder in blender)
1/2 tsp. each; baking soda and baking powder
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 Hershey candy bar, grated
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together with dry ingredients.
Add chips, candy and nuts.
Roll into balls.
Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
