Parm-A-Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cheese, flour and seasonings.
Dip chicken in combined egg and milk.
Coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Pour margarine over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve sprinkled with additional cheese.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
