Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten well
2 c. hot milk
Preparation

Mix sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and eggs, well beaten.
Add 2 cups hot milk according to the size of your crust.
Stir well. Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Turn oven back to 375\u00b0 and bake until silver knife comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.
