Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 small carton cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in small amount of boiling water; drain. Combine the cottage cheese, cubed Cheddar cheese, broccoli, unbeaten eggs and seasonings.
    Sprinkle flour over all and mix together.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Place dish in pan of water and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
