Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts or thighs
    12 oz. fettucini noodles
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chillies
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Remove chicken from bones; skin and cut into pieces.
    Cook noodles in broth; drain and add cheese. Saute peppers and onion in butter. When soft, add Ro-Tel.
    Then add this to noodles, cheese and chicken.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
