Raw Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. raw apples, unpeeled
3/4 c. pecans
1 pkg. dates

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Sift together flour and spices.
Add last 3 ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour. Top with whipped cream.
