Waldorf Salad Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 c. chopped unpeeled red apple
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 large egg
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Stir together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Put egg, sugar and vanilla into a large bowl and beat with electric mixer at medium speed.
    Add mayonnaise until well blended.
    Add flour mixture and beat until smooth.
    Add apple, walnuts and celery. Spoon into lined baking cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Makes 12.
