Irish Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Irish whiskey
    1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except whiskey and whipping cream, in 4 cup glass measure.
    Microwave for 8 to 9 minutes on High, or until hot (about 200\u00b0).
    Stir in whiskey.
    Pour into mugs or glasses. Top with dollop of whipped cream.
    Do not allow liquid to boil or flavor will be bitter.
