Macaroni Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. oil or water
3 1/3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic powder in oil or water until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
Drain off fat. Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Uncover and cook for several more minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
