Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    4 c. sugar
    8 eggs, well beaten
    4 tsp. vanilla
    8 c. and 4 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. baking soda
    4 tsp. salt
    4 c. sour half and half or sour cream
Preparation
    Cream well shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Sift together 3 times and add to shortening and egg mixture: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add half and half or sour cream.
    Drop batter into well-greased bread pans in layers. Between each layer, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mix (3 parts sugar, 1 part cinnamon).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
