Browned Paprika Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sized potatoes
1 Tbsp. melted bacon drippings or other fat
1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Pare potatoes; brush with melted fat.
Roll potatoes in mixture of cornflake crumbs, paprika and salt.
Bake, covered, in greased baking pan in hot oven (425\u00b0) about 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
