Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add yeast.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Mix in flour.
    Let dough rise 10 minutes and roll into 9 x 12-inch shape.
    Spread top of dough with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle across the butter. Roll into jelly roll shape and cut into slices.
    Place in greased pan. Let rise and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Cover hot rolls with powdered sugar glaze.
