Hot Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 or more slices bread
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and cube these on top of chicken mixture.
    Combine eggs with milk; pour over all.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour (may be made the day before it is to be used).
