Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh mushrooms (large, 10 to 15)
    butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    4 Tbsp. bread crumbs or stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or chives
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    cayenne
    grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped meat (leftover) or bacon
Preparation
    Take out stems of large, fresh mushrooms.
    Saute in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Add green onions, bread crumbs, meat and parsley or chives.
    Moisten with sour cream.
    Add seasonings.
    Stuff caps with mixture.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over. Drizzle melted butter over.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
