Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/3 c. dry milk
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. sweetener
    1 egg
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir and put in 6 muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Six muffins equal 1 bread, 1 protein, 1 fruit and 1 milk.
