Deviled Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. sour cream
3 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Cut eggs in half and remove yolk.
Mash yolk and mix with vinegar and mustard.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream and celery seed. Mix well.
Chop egg white and combine with potatoes, celery, onion and pimento.
Fold in egg yolk mix.
