Sherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    1 box golden raisins
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 qt. pecans
    8 oz. candied cherries
    8 oz. candied pineapple
Preparation
    Dredge fruit and nuts with 1 cup flour.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add flour and mix together.
    Add sherry.
    Fold in fruit and nuts.
    Put into greased and floured spring-form pan and bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
