Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. rhubarb
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat brown sugar and margarine until fluffy.
    Add egg and beat.
    Add sour milk, flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add rhubarb and mix well.
    Top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake in glass pan at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
