Pineapple Carrot Cake(Yields 1 Bundt Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. carrots, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Add drained pineapple juice.
    Add well-beaten eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Add pineapple, carrots and nuts and beat well.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and frost.
