Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a 1-cup measure, dissolve yeast in water.
    In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cut in butter until it is fine.
    Stir in yeast mixture and enough of the buttermilk to make a fairly soft dough.
