Baked Barley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. barley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    4 c. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and garlic.
    Add barley and spices.
    Cook until barley is brown.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
