Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo (soft)
    1 c. mashed pinto beans
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Mix oleo, beans, eggs and sugar.
    Add vanilla, coconut and pecans; mix good.
    Pour into 3 unbaked pie crusts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
