Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and run at high for 1 minute. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan (Pyrex).
    Bake for 50 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven until crust forms on bottom, custard in middle and coconut on top.
    Makes a large pie so use a deep pan.
