Good-For You Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat yogurt
    1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
Preparation
    Combine cucumber, green pepper and lettuce in a salad bowl; toss well.
    In a medium bowl, combine seasoned salt and yogurt. Mix well.
    Pour dressing on salad and mix well.
