Soyed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Place chicken wings in stock pot; sprinkle with ginger and wine.
    Cover and simmer over medium-high heat until wine is almost evaporated.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixed well.
    Simmer and cook, covered, for 1 hour, stirring wings often and keeping heat at medium to medium-high.
    Serves 6 to 8.
