No-Fat Broccoli And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 bunches broccoli florets
    2 to 3 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 lb. radiattore, fusilli or shells (pasta with crevices)
Preparation
    Boil broccoli florets in salted water in a large pot until soft.
    Remove florets with strainer spoon (reserve water) and mash in a large bowl with the garlic, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Cook pasta in the same water as broccoli until al dente.
    Strain into colander and add to bowl of broccoli mixture.
    Toss thoroughly and add or correct seasonings.
    Serve hot.
