Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. raw rice, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar or less
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    12 eggs, well beaten
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. regular milk
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Then add milk, vanilla and lemon.
    Stir in rice and cinnamon.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13 dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Check after 45 minutes.
    When knife inserted in center comes out clean, it is done.
    Rice stays on bottom and the top is like custard and creamy.
