Cooked Brisket On Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 half or whole brisket
    1 large bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from brisket.
    Mix together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
    Marinate brisket in mixture for 3 hours at room temperature, turning frequently.
    Drain the meat and cook on slow fire until desired doneness.
    Baste with barbecue sauce and serve sliced very thinly.
