Baked Spinach And Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 lb. flounder fillets
    4 slices American cheese
    4 slices tomato
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Cook spinach as label directs, adding onion; drain very well.
    Stir in egg, garlic clove and salt.
    In pan, layer flounder, spinach and cheese; then one slice of tomato on each.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
