Chili For 25 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. onions, chopped
    1 lb. green peppers, diced
    5 cans (1 lb. 12 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    4 cans (1 lb. 12 oz.) diced tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chili powder plus 1 Tbsp.
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 to 6 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans, rinsed
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground beef, cook onions and peppers and save juice.
    In a large pot or bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Remember to rinse kidney beans.
    Pour into large baking pan or roaster and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes until hot and done.
