Potato-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 lb. container sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 lb. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put hash browns in buttered large casserole dish.
    Mix soups with 1/2 pound grated cheese and sour cream.
    Layer over potatoes. Top with remaining 1/2 pound grated cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
