Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    7 slices bacon
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    5 eggs
    1 c. whipping cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and bacon together.
    Grate the peeled potatoes and rinse them with cold water.
    Drain.
    Combine the onions, bacon, garlic, parsley, cheese and pepper.
    Mix in with potatoes. Spread in a shallow pan (9 x13-inch).
    In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and cream.
    Add salt to eggs and cream mixture.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until top is brown. Serves 8.
