Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice, cooked
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 pt. half and half
3/4 c. mayo
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp
Preparation

Cook rice.
Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter. Remove from heat.
Add Worcestershire, pepper, mushrooms, half and half and mayo.
Combine sauce with cooked rice, crabmeat and shrimp.
Bake in shallow dish, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
