Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. milk or semi-sweet chocolate, broken in pieces
    1 c. broken walnuts, divided
    1/2 c. golden raisins or snipped dried apricots
    1 2/3 c. mini marshmallows or 16 large marshmallows, quartered
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over warm water on low heat.
    Stir until smooth.
    Spread half the chocolate in foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 the walnuts and all the raisins; cover with marshmallows.
    Drizzle remaining chocolate over top; press remaining walnuts into chocolate.
    Chill until firm.
    Remove from pan; peel off foil.
    Cut in 24 squares.
    Wrap; store in refrigerator.
