Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 oz. herb-seasoned dressing mix
    1 c. cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    3 sliced squash
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small onion
    3 large carrots
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine and toss with dressing mix.
    Mix half of the dressing mixture with squash, soup, sour cream, onion, carrots and pepper.
    Turn mixture into lightly-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread evenly.
    Sprinkle remaining dressing mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Serves 8.
