German Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
Preparation
    Melt a little grease in heavy iron skillet.
    Let it get hot, then pour batter in. Bake at 400\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean. This will take about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Keeping in refrigerator will keep it moist. Good for holiday season.
